Palencia is 32095, half an hour south of us, and the useful thing to know about servicing it is the age of the equipment rather than anything about the ground it sits on. Kitchens fitted when the community was built are now at the point where the first significant repair arrives: an ice maker assembly, a steam generator, a blower motor, a set of oven hinges.
That changes the conversation more than the fault does.
