What is not here
No fault-code tables. We do not publish codes we cannot verify against the appliance in front of us, and an invented code is worse than no code. Every article on this site describes a symptom instead, which is what an owner can actually observe.
No case studies either. What owners said after a visit is kept separate from the help articles and printed in full on the reviews page, where the score can be checked against the entries it averages.

We are not a Thermador service centre and we do not hold or claim any Thermador or BSH Home Appliances accreditation. We name the brand only to say which appliances we work on.
- EPA Section 608 certified for sealed-system refrigeration work. That is a federal requirement to open a sealed refrigeration system, and it is the only certification we hold out.
- Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
- Parts come through the same BSH Home Appliances distribution channel that serves Bosch and Gaggenau, which is why lead times on a Thermador part behave the way they do.
